Attorney Robert T. Olson
Mr. Olson is admitted and licensed to practice law in the State Courts of Wisconsin and the U.S. Federal 7th Circuit Court of Appeals.
Mr. Olson has been practicing law for 22 years, receiving his Bachelors of Science in Business with a major in Finance and Information Technology from the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management in 1998, and his Juris Doctor degree from Mitchell Hamline School of Law in 2001.
Mr. Olson's legal experience is broad and extensive. He advises and counsels in numerous areas of law.
Mr. Olson has served as counsel on several well-publicized class-action cases dealing with various issues, including product liability, accounting and securities fraud, shareholder rights, and mergers and acquisitions.
Mr. Olson's practice has also included criminal law (dangerous weapons and firearms), governmental law, corporate/business law, securities law, insurance law, and personal injury law, in addition to others.
Prior to founding the Olson Law Firm, Mr. Olson had served in the position of general counsel for several companies with great success, as well as developing business and marketing plans that lead to raising millions of dollars in investment capital.
Mr. Olson has also worked for and with many law firms throughout the country.
Prior to entering the practice of law, Mr. Olson had served in various positions within the computer industry as a full stack developer. Mr. Olson continues to be involved in the computer industry as a web and software developer.
Mr. Olson is an accomplished metal fabricator and welder, a F.A.A. certified sUAS pilot, and a proud NRA member.
